What We Need From You & What to Expect from the Process

At Decibel and Lumens, every Photo Booth and 360 Video Booth rental comes with a fully customized template tailored to your event. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, brand launch, or holiday party, we want your prints and video overlays to reflect your style, theme, and personality.

Here’s everything we need from you—and what you can expect—so we can bring your vision to life:

1. Your Event Details

2. Theme or Inspiration

Let us know your event’s theme, color scheme, or overall vibe. Is it boho chic, black tie, neon, retro, floral, or beachy? You can describe it in words or send inspiration (like invites, mood boards, or Pinterest links) to help us match the look.


3. Logos or Graphics (Optional)

If you’d like a company logo, monogram, or custom graphic included, please send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. This ensures it looks crisp and professional on both prints and digital outputs.

4. Font & Color Preferences

Have a specific font or brand color you love? Share it with us! If not, we’ll select options that fit your theme. Simplicity and readability are key—especially when guests are posing quickly between laughs.


5. Template Layout

We offer several layout styles, including:

Single choice
Classic 2x6 photo strips
Modern 4x6 postcards
Square digital formats (perfect for social media)

Once we have your details, here’s how the process goes:

 

  • Step 1: Submit this form 

  • Step 2: Our design team creates a draft based on your input

  • Step 3: We send the design for your review and offer one complimentary revision if needed

  • Step 4: Once approved, your template will be loaded into your Photo Booth or 360 Booth and ready to go on event day!

The earlier you submit your design info, the better! We recommend sending everything at least 5 days before your event to ensure time for revisions and approval.
