HOW PAYMENTS WORK
Straightforward in two steps and refundable up to each due date — so paying early only protects you.
50% deposit reserves your date
Non-refundable once we hold the date and turn away other requests for it.
Final balance on arrival
The remaining balance is due when our crew arrives to set up.
Refunds are available any time before each payment's due date. Book early: popular dates fill up to a year out, and earlier bookings usually cost less.
